Step 2: Submit Your Artworks by Thursday, 8 October 2026

Add entries one by one

Select an entry, fill in the details for one category, and add it to your basket. Repeat for any other entries.

Fixing a mistake

If you make an error after submitting, click “View Basket” at the bottom of the page to edit details or remove the incorrect item.

Then, return to this page to resubmit.

Checkout

Once all entries are in your basket, click “Go to Checkout” at the bottom of the page to complete your payment.

Includes 1 hanging slot for wall-mounted artwork.

Strictly limited to a maximum of 4 entries per artist.

Includes floor or large plinth space for freestanding 3D work larger than 20 cm.

Strictly limited to a maximum of 4 entries per artist.

Includes 1 slot in our gallery browser racks for unframed, mounted artwork.

Strictly limited to a maximum of 5 entries per artist.

Small 3D Artwork Entry

Includes a shared plinth slot for delicate/tabletop work smaller than 20 cm.

Strictly limited to a maximum of 5 entries per artist.

Greetings Cards Display

(£0.00 Entry Fee) Register your individually labelled handmade cards for the shop racks.

Strictly limited to a maximum of 25 cards per artist.
